From Gruppo Uno to Realist Abstraction, through the Poetics of Perception and Bisny, the exhibition explores the key stages of Biggi’s career, his relationships with architects, musicians, and theorists, and his decisive contribution to moving beyond Art Informel.
A bilingual publication will be released to accompany the exhibition, published by ABC-ARTE Edizioni, featuring texts by the curator and critical essays by:
Aldo Clementi, Cesare Vivaldi, Elena Pontiggia, Paolo Fossati, and Piero Dorazio, thanks to the valuable collaboration of the Gastone Biggi Foundation.
